A problem we couldn't stop thinking about.
Zenxos didn't start from a market opportunity. It started from watching real businesses operate with tools that weren't built for them.
Problem discovered
We spent months inside Indian FMCG distribution businesses — watching how orders were taken on WhatsApp, dispatches coordinated over calls, and invoices reconciled in spreadsheets days after delivery. The operational cost was invisible but enormous.
Built the first version
We built Zenxos for one distributor. It replaced three separate tools and a stack of daily spreadsheets. Order-to-dispatch time dropped by 60%. Collections follow-up became proactive for the first time.
Growing with distributors
We expanded to FMCG, beverages, personal care, and general trade distributors across India. Each implementation deepened the product and sharpened our understanding of what operational software for distribution actually requires.
