These terms explain who the retailer app is for, how ordering works, and how Zenxos handles B2B physical-goods workflows.

Who the retailer app is for
Zenxos Retailer is a B2B ordering app for retailers who buy physical goods from participating distributors. It is not a consumer shopping app and it is not digital goods, digital content, or digital subscriptions.
You are responsible for using your own verified business identity, keeping your retailer profile accurate, and placing orders only for legitimate business purposes.
Orders, payments, and fulfilment
Orders placed through the app are requests for B2B physical goods and remain subject to distributor pricing, stock availability, approvals, fulfilment timelines, invoice terms, and local tax requirements.
Supported retailer payment options in the current app are COD and Advance UPI for physical goods only. These payment options do not unlock digital goods or digital services inside the app.
Access, availability, and acceptable use
Zenxos uses OTP-based sign-in and may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe an account, order flow, or payment flow is being misused, impersonated, or used in a way that risks retailers, distributors, or the platform.
We may update app features, supported integrations, or workflows over time. Distributor-specific commercial commitments continue to be governed by the applicable onboarding, catalogue, credit, and service arrangements between the retailer, distributor, and Zenxos.
