Exercise your data rights or raise a grievance.

As a Data Principal, you can ask us to:

• Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
• Correct, complete, or update inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erase your personal data where it is no longer needed.
• Withdraw a consent you previously gave — as easily as you gave it.
• Nominate someone to exercise your rights if you die or become incapacitated.

Email our Grievance Officer at privacy@zenxos.com from your registered contact, or use the in-app data-rights entry in the Zenxos app. Tell us which right you want to exercise and include your phone number, business name, and distributor name (if any) so we can verify the request safely.

If we need more information to confirm your identity or to avoid acting on the wrong account, we will contact you before proceeding.

We aim to acknowledge every request within 5 business days and to complete standard requests within 15 business days. If a legal, accounting, or security review requires more time, we will tell you why and give you a revised timeline.

Some records may be retained where the law requires it — for example accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute-handling, and order-history obligations. Where that applies to your request, we will explain which category of records must remain and why.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India, the authority established under the DPDP Act. We ask that you give our Grievance Officer a chance to resolve the matter first.
