Delete your Zenxos Retailer account.

This page gives retailers a web-based path to request account deletion without needing to reinstall the app.

How to request deletion

To request deletion of your Zenxos Retailer account, email support@zenxos.com from your registered business contact or contact us through the in-app account deletion entry. Include your phone number, retailer name, and distributor name if available so we can verify the request safely.

If we need more information to validate the request, prevent fraud, or avoid deleting the wrong business account, we will contact you before processing the deletion request.

What we delete or anonymize

Once a valid request is confirmed, Zenxos will delete or anonymize account profile information, linked retailer profile details, in-app notification history, and other retailer-app data that no longer needs to be retained for operational or legal reasons.

Where full deletion is not practical, data may be anonymized so it is no longer tied back to the retailer account while preserving system integrity and audit requirements.

What may be retained

Certain records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, payment reconciliation, dispute handling, or order-history obligations. This can include limited order, payment, collection, and outstanding records connected to completed business transactions.

If any retention exception applies to your request, we will explain the reason and the category of records that must remain archived.

Processing timeline and support

Zenxos aims to acknowledge deletion requests within 5 business days and complete standard requests within 15 business days, unless a legal, accounting, or security review requires more time.
