Privacy policy for the Zenxos Retailer Android app.

This policy explains what data the retailer Android app handles, why it is used, and how deletion, retention, and support requests are managed.

Data we collect to run the retailer app

Zenxos Retailer may collect your phone number, OTP-based authentication data, retailer profile details, shop name, owner name, locality, city, state, GSTIN, and the distributor relationships linked to your account.

The app also handles catalogue activity, reorder history, order data, payment, collection, and outstanding balance data, support or feedback text you submit, and in-app notification history including read status.

camera access is requested only when you choose to scan QR invite codes to join a distributor network. We do not request location, contact-list, storage, or push-notification-token access in v1 of the retailer app.

How we use retailer and distributor data

We use this data to authenticate your account, maintain your retailer profile, show the correct distributor context, power ordering and reorder flows, calculate payment or outstanding views, and surface in-app notifications relevant to your business activity.

Support and feedback text may be used to resolve retailer issues, investigate account or order problems, and improve the safety, reliability, and usability of the retailer app.

Sharing, security, retention, and deletion

Retailer app data is processed by Zenxos and shared with the distributors you actively work with so orders, payments, and account servicing can happen correctly. The current retailer app does not use ads SDKs, analytics SDKs, or push-token collection in v1.

We expect app traffic to be encrypted in transit. Data is retained for as long as your business relationship and operational records require, including lawful retention for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, tax, and order-history obligations.

If you request account deletion, Zenxos will review the request, delete or anonymize data where appropriate, and clearly communicate any retention exceptions. See the account deletion page for the current request path and processing expectations.
